soul+spirit+heart=body+mind (an aspect). This is the formula for creating or awakening an aspect. The Life Flower is a diagram of several aspects relating to one being. The three types of Life Flower are based on the three types of leaf patterns found in the Plant Kingdom. Each leaf or petal is an aspect. The number of leaves has more to do with the nature of the being at hand. For example, the Goddess has a three-petaled Life Flower; each petal is an aspect: Maiden, Mother, Crone. She, like all beings, manifests into this aspect (the Earth), the aspect above (the Moon), and so on by means of photosynthesis—the formula for transformation. Thus, (re)incarnation can be directly affected to a degree, as well as improving this aspect. The tools for putting the above principles to work are meditation with the Wheels or Chakra. The Wheels or Chakra are gates for energy transformation. These gates are each like a chlorophyll disc in a plant's chloroplasts (the organelles which photosynthesize). These gates line up to form a granum, just like the grana of chlorophyll discs in plants. The light or aura that radiates from these gates is like stroma, the fluid which surrounds the plant grana. Thus, we are as well equipped as plants are for transformative magick. Meditating on each of these gates helps stimulate them and reveals their individual natures. Each gate has a musical note. Like a musical score, notes can be arranged to create a mood or tell a story. The same type of composing can be done with the gates. A composition or arrangement of certain gates creates a mood, reenacts a scenario, or even becomes an aspect to awaken from within (or even incarnate into) to work in, play in, learn in, teach in, etc. One can also use this type of meditation to figure out where one is now. Simply sit down in a comfortable position, use rhythmic breath, relax the body and the mind, and listen. A musical score will softly and slowly become audible. This musical score will be composed of notes, each representing a gate in action. The more often a note/gate occurs, the stronger it is at that time. A chord is a combination of notes/gates that work harmoniously together. Practicing all this will inevitably improve effectiveness in all areas of life.
